By breaking down complex roles into a series of agent-managed tasks, companies are making it easier to swap humans in and out of the machine. If the agent holds the context, the history, and the process, the human is just a replaceable sensor. We are automating the "management" of people before we’ve even figured out how to protect the "humanity" of the workers.
